Stéphanie Desmarais, CPA, CGA
Brossard – Stéphanie Desmarais, with 23 years of experience, joined the FBL team in 2004 when the Brossard branch was established. Over the years, Stéphanie has worked on various mandates and in different types of businesses, which has allowed her to acquire solid and diversified experience in both assurance and accounting and tax matters. She is recognized for her perseverance, her dedication to clients and FBL, her compassionate approach, her rigorous work, and her commitment to a job well done. She particularly values SMEs, where she feels closer to people and can make a difference through her involvement. Today, she serves clients in several sectors, including service companies, retail businesses, and construction.
David DeBlois-Bernard, CPA Auditor
Quebec City – Passionate about entrepreneurship, David DeBlois-Bernard decided to start his own firm in 2008, where he developed a clientele from diverse backgrounds. In 2014, he joined forces with the FBL Group to support his clients’ growing needs. He works in several fields, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, and professional services. The key to his success is that he treats each business as if it were his own, acting as a trusted partner and astute strategist for his clients. Having worked in the corporate world for several years, David has a deep understanding of his clients’ challenges and stands out for his consulting services, which are always well-tailored and at the forefront of the situation.
Maxime Dion, CPA Auditor, CA
Quebec City – Maxime Dion began as an intern in 2010 at Girard Lavoie Mooney, now FBL, and has developed a highly diverse background in assurance and taxation over the years. He works with a diverse clientele, particularly in the construction, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Rigorous and analytical, he enjoys working on each aspect of his clients’ needs, whether through the reorganization of the company’s corporate structure or the optimization of the managing shareholder’s tax situation.
